1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Study Along Online ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Not affiliated with exam owners
Study Along Online is an independent test-preparation product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), the CFA Institute, or Educational Testing Service (ETS). GMAT, CFA, and GRE are trademarks of their respective owners. Practice content on this site is written by us to reflect the style and content areas of these exams; it is not sourced from or licensed by the exam owners.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Where paid plans are offered, pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as we otherwise state at the time of purchase.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: share your account with others in a way that circumvents subscription limits; scrape, copy, or redistribute practice content or mock exams; reverse engineer the Service; or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
6. Content and intellectual property
All questions, explanations, mock exams, and other materials on the Service are owned by Study Along Online or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial study use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share this content.
7. No guarantee of results
We aim to provide accurate, well-explained practice material, but we do not guarantee any specific exam score, admission outcome, or certification result from using the Service. Practice questions are written to approximate the style and difficulty of the GMAT, CFA, and GRE exams but may differ from actual exam content.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Study Along Online is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including exam outcomes.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
