1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Study Along Online ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not affiliated with exam owners

Study Along Online is an independent test-preparation product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), the CFA Institute, or Educational Testing Service (ETS). GMAT, CFA, and GRE are trademarks of their respective owners. Practice content on this site is developed by our team, using AI-assisted tools as part of the authoring and review process, to reflect the style and content areas of these exams; it is not sourced from or licensed by the exam owners.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

4. Free access, scholarships, and voluntary support

We do not sell subscriptions or any other paid plan. A free tier — sample questions and one mock exam per exam — is open to everyone with no account required to browse it. Full access to the Q-bank and mock exams is granted at no charge, either (a) through our scholarship program, reviewed individually on request, or (b) as a thank-you to anyone who chooses to support the project voluntarily, for example through Buy Me a Coffee. Any amount contributed through a voluntary support platform is a gift to support the project, not a purchase of the Service or of any specific content, and is not eligible for a refund on that basis. Access codes issued through either path grant access for the period stated when the code is issued and may be limited to a specific number of uses at our discretion.

An access code is a personal license to use the Service for the stated period — it is not a purchase of individual mock exams, questions, or any other content as standalone deliverables. That content remains our property under Section 6 and is licensed to you for personal use only, regardless of how your access was granted.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share your account or access code with others in a way that circumvents access limits; scrape, copy, or redistribute practice content or mock exams; reverse engineer the Service; or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Content and intellectual property

All questions, explanations, mock exams, and other materials on the Service are owned by Study Along Online or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial study use only. This license is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person, whether or not they also have access. You may not reproduce, distribute, screenshot for redistribution, resell, or publicly share this content.

If you share, leak, or otherwise make Service content available to anyone outside your own personal use — including by posting it publicly, forwarding it, or granting account access to others — you agree to compensate Study Along Online for the reasonable value of the full access granted to each individual who received or accessed the leaked material, in addition to any other remedies available to us and without limiting our right to terminate your account under Section 9.

7. No guarantee of results

We aim to provide accurate, well-explained practice material, but we do not guarantee any specific exam score, admission outcome, or certification result from using the Service. Practice questions are written to approximate the style and difficulty of the GMAT, CFA, and GRE exams but may differ from actual exam content.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Study Along Online is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including exam outcomes.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time, and may request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
